This is so true, exactly what we teach daily. Food or what we call wasted calories which are all foods that have no nutritional value but are the biggest food eaten in fast foods is the cause of ALL DISEASE. I wish! I am happy with them though. The first place I tried to order supplements from tried to rip me off. DPS had my product to me in three business days – so I’ll be ordering from them again in the future.

You should be able to see some strength gains fairly quickly with Creatine. Good stuff.
Whey is awesome. Try to mix it with water when possible, especially at night. Try for 1 to 1.5 gram of protein per bodyweight.
